If the ticket you have purchased is an Anytime, Off-Peak or Super Off-Peak fare, you are able to claim a refund by contacting our customer services team on 0345 603 4852 (option 3, then option 2). Advance tickets can currently be changed, this can be obtained temporarily by contacting our customer relations department. A £10 admin fee is charged for this process.
