If you are travelling in a group of ten or more passengers, our Group Travel service can help you find the best value tickets for your special day. All you need to do is let us know what your plans are by dropping us an email and our team will get back to you within 5 working days.
We will do our best to accommodate all requests but please note that Peak trains and weekend journeys tend to be our most popular and therefore we might not be able to meet every request.
Please note we are only able to process group bookings for Grand Central journeys. Please see our Route map for further details.
If you have any queries about existing journeys, our Customer Relations Team are on hand Monday-Friday between 09:00-17:00 on 0345 603 4852 (option 3, then option 1) to help plan your journey. Please note that the Customer Relations Team cannot make or create group bookings.

Please contact our group bookings team (managed by our sister company Chiltern Railways) containing the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Number of adults travelling (age 16+)
- Number of children travelling (age 6-15)
- Expected date and time of journey
- Departure and destination station
- Whether the journey is one-way or a return
- If anybody in the group has any Railcards
- Reason for travel
