Disabled Person's Protection Policy

Electric Mobility Scooter

Racks are provided at the end of each Grand Central carriage for storing large items of luggage, and extra space is provided behind seats and in overhead racks.
To check luggage storage options near your seat, download a seating plan. Remember, we run two types of trains, so make sure to check both.
Bicycles on trains
If you have a folding bike, you can carry these as normal hand luggage – please see section above for guidance.
If you would like to travel with your bike, please check with the Conductor before boarding and you will be directed to the bike racks on each train – please allow enough time before your journey departs.
