Later this evening, a band of heavy wind and rain has been forecast across the western areas of the South Western Railway network.

As a precaution, trains will be running at a reduced speed between Tisbury and Honiton. Services are expected to be delayed by up to an hour and will be busier than normal. Your journey will take longer to complete.

Early services tomorrow morning are also likely to be affected, so please check your journey before travel.

The following services will finish their journey at Salisbury. Please change at Salisbury for services further west:

  • 16:50 London Waterloo to Westbury
  • 17:50 London Waterloo to Yeovil Pen Mill
  • 19:39 Basingstoke to Yeovil Pen Mill

 

The following services have been cancelled:

  • 18:47 Salisbury to Basingstoke
  • 19:39 Basingstoke to Salisbury
  • 20:30 Yeovil Pen Mill to Yeovil Junction
  • 21:42 Castle Cary to Salisbury
