Customer Advice
A failure of the electricity supply at Streatham Hill is causing disruption to Southern services between Streatham Hill, Crystal Palace and West Croydon.
Most of these services will now be cancelled for the rest of the evening. Where services can still run, they will be diverted to run between Tulse Hill and West Croydon, not serving Streatham Hill.
Your ticket will be accepted at no extra cost on:
- London Buses on any reasonable route in the area
- Alternative Southern and Thameslink services via Streatham (instead of Streatham Hill), including trains to and from East Croydon
You can plan journeys on alternative routes in the area by using the TfL journey planner.
