There have been reports of overhead wire problems on the Braintree branch. As a result we are unable to run trains on the branch until the overhead lines have been fully inspected.
Because of this, train services between Liverpool Street and Braintree will terminate/start at Witham until further notice.
Some services may be cancelled or altered.
Rail replacement buses have been sourced and on route to Braintree and Witham.
They are expected on site by 12:40.
The response have been informed and making their way to the site.
