There are signalling problems at Southport, causing disruption to services running to and from this station.

As a result, services running between Liverpool Central and Southport will be revised, operating between Liverpool Central and Hillside only.

This issue is expected to continue to impact services until 17:00.

Customer advice:

You may use your ticket on Northern services between Wigan and Liverpool Lime Street / Southport at no extra cost.

A replacement bus service is being arranged to operate between Hillside and Southport. You will be updated here once this is confirmed.
