What's happened?
The electricity supply which powers the overhead lines at Ashford International has failed. Highspeed trains cannot run from Ashford International to Ebbsfleet International. Engineers on site are working to resolve the issue.
How does this affect my journey?
Highspeed trains cannot currently run between Ashford International and London St Pancras International in either direction.
Highspeed trains via Faversham are not affected, and are running normally.
What should I do?
If you're travelling from Ashford International, you can use non-highspeed trains to reach London Charing Cross / London Waterloo East / London Bridge.
From here, you may use your ticket on the London Underground and Docklands Light Railway at no extra cost to reach London St Pancras International and Stratford International.
