Engineering work is taking place between Barking and London Fenchurch Street closing all lines.
Trains will be unable to call at West Ham, Limehouse and London Fenchurch Street. Trains will be diverted to London Liverpool Street via Stratford.
Tickets will be accepted on London Underground services between Stratford and West Ham.
Tickets will also be accepted on Docklands Light Railway between Tower Gateway and Stratford.
