Trains can now run to and from Victoria but there may be delays and alterations, as we work to return services to normal.
What do I need to do?
You may use your ticket on the following alternative services at no extra cost to help you complete your journey:
- London Underground between Southeastern terminal stations.
- Southeastern High Speed services to and from London St Pancras International.

London Victoria station has now reopened. Following a fire alarm evacuation at London Victoria, trains can now run to and from London Victoria.
A normal scheduled timetable is aiming to be restored, but please continue to check journey planners and station information boards before you travel, as your train may still be delayed, or run to a revised calling pattern.
You can still use your ticket to travel at no extra cost on:
- Any Southern or Thameslink train, on any reasonable route to your destination
- South Western Railway services between Wimbledon and London Waterloo via Clapham Junction
- London Trams services between Wimbledon, Mitcham Junction, and West / East Croydon.
- London Underground on any reasonable route
- London Buses or TfL buses on any reasonable route between East Croydon and Central London
- London Overground trains between Clapham Junction, Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham
