Following a points failure between Staines and Virginia Water all lines towards Virginia Water have now reopened.

What's Going On

Train services running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 14:00.

What We're Doing About It

Staff were earlier informed of a problem with a set of points between Staines and Virginia Water. This has been rectified and all lines have now reopened.

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:

  • London Underground services from London Waterloo to London Paddington
  • Elizabeth line services from London Paddington to Reading
  • Great Western Railway services from London Paddington to Reading and Windsor Central via Slough
