Trains are unable to call at West Norwood when travelling towards Gipsy Hill, Crystal Palace and stations to Beckenham Junction, West Croydon, or London Bridge (via Sydenham).
Trains towards London Victoria or London Bridge (via Tulse Hill) can call at this station as normal.
If you are travelling towards West Norwood and your train does not stop, you can change at Gipsy Hill for a service returning to this station in the opposite direction.
If you are travelling from West Norwood, you can take a train to Tulse Hill and change there if you require services towards Beckenham Junction. You can take a train to Streatham Hill and change there if you require a service towards Gipsy Hill, Crystal Palace, London Bridge (via Sydenham), Norwood Junction or West Croydon.
However, it may be quicker to use an alternative station or a local bus service to complete your journey.
West Norwood is approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from Tulse Hill station.

TfL Buses will accept tickets in the local area.
Rail tickets for West Norwood will be accepted at Gipsy Hill, Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill stations.
