A points failure at Woking means that the line towards Guildford is blocked. Trains running through this station may be delayed by up to 30 minutes, revised or diverted.

Disruption is expected until 12:00.

What South Western Railway are doing about it

South Western Railway have been informed that there is a problem with a set of points at Woking. This means that the line towards Guildford is blocked.

Until further notice the following alterations will be necessary:

  • Services between London Waterloo and Portsmouth Harbour may be diverted via Surbiton or Basingstoke

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:

  • Stagecoach South 34 /35 between Guildford and Woking
  • Falcon Buses 28 between Woking - Brookwood - Worplesdon - Guildford
