Customers travelling between Wigan Wallgate and Headbolt Lane are able to use their ticket on alternate Northern services between Liverpool Lime Street and Wigan North Western.

From Liverpool Lime Street, you are able to board Merseyrail services between Liverpool Lime Street and Headbolt Lane at no extra cost.

Rail replacement transport has been requested to run between Wigan Wallgate and Headbolt Lane to help with your journey. This is expected on site at Wigan Wallgate at approximately 15:30 and Headbolt Lane at approximately 15:50. You will be updated once this has been confirmed on site.
