Customer Advice
Due to a points failure between Tottenham Hale and Clapton, all services running towards Liverpool Street from Hertford East, Stansted Airrport and Cambridge are being diverted as follows:
Services from Stansted Airport will divert via Stratford, leading to longer running times from Tottenham Hale to Liverpool Street
Services from Hertford East and Cambridge will divert via Seven Sisters, not stopping at stations between Cheshunt and Hackney Downs.
Network Rail engineers are en route to the site in order to evaluate and rectify the fault.
Greater Anglia tickets are being accepted on London Overground services between Liverpool Street, Enfield Town and Cheshunt in order for passengers to alight at alternative stations.
