A fault with the signalling system between Stratford and Meridian Water means the line between these stations is blocked. As a result of this, trains may be cancelled, delayed or diverted to London Liverpool Street. 

This is expected until 21:30.

Customer Advice:

​​​​​​​There will be fewer trains calling at Northumberland Park and Meridian Water, and no trains calling at Lea Bridge.

Trains will be diverted to London Liverpool Street to avoid the problem, while Network Rail deploy a team to investigate the cause of the issue.

You will still be able to make your journey this evening by travelling via London Liverpool Street, but please be prepared for this to extend your journey.
