A problem with the track has been reported on one of the two southbound lines near Radlett. Network Rail staff are attending, but this line is currently closed.Â
A passenger disturbance has also now affected a train on the other southbound line at Elstree & Borehamwood. Fortunately this train has been able to move, but further congestion has been caused.
