Some services along this route may divert to not call at Southampton Central, and calling additionally at Eastleigh. Passengers should change at Eastleigh, for services towards Southampton Central.

Customers may use their tickets at no additional cost onboard South Western Railway services via any reasonable route.

What We're Doing About It

South Western Railway have been informed that there is a track circuit failure between Romsey and Southampton Central. This means that trains are currently unable to run between these station via Redbridge.

Due to the limited number of lines available between Romsey and Chandlers Ford, trains may also be affected on this route. 

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:

• Bluestar Bus routes 8, 9, 11 and 12 between Southampton and Totton
