The emergency services are dealing with an incident between Reading and Westbury / Frome. Whilst the emergency services carry out their work, all lines between these stations are closed. Trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes, revised or diverted.

Disruption is expected until 17:00.

Customer advice:

Great Western Railway high speed West of England services are diverting via the Melksham route, in order to allow the route between Westbury and Swindon via Melksham to run, as local services are suspended.

Customers are advised to travel via Bath Spa.

Melksham customers - Rail replacement transport is being arranged, more information to follow.
