A problem under investigation at West Ealing is causing disruption to journeys running between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport / Reading.

As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or diverted.

We anticipate disruption will continue until 12:00.

You may use your ticket on the following services at no extra cost:

  • Great Western Railway between London Paddington and Reading
  • Heathrow Express between London Paddington and Heathrow Terminals
  • London Buses via any reasonable route
  • London Underground via any reasonable route
  • South Western Railway between London Waterloo and Reading

Hanwell and West Ealing will not be served.

Great Western Railway

You may use your ticket on the following services at no extra cost:

  • Elizabeth line services between London Paddington and Reading via Maidenhead / Slough
  • South Western Railway via any reasonable route
  • London Underground between London Paddington and London Marylebone / London Waterloo

Customers travelling from / to Slough, Maidenhead or Twyford should use Elizabeth line services.

Stopping services between Didcot Parkway and London Paddington will only operate between Didcot and Reading.

Services between Bedwyn / Newbury and London Paddington will only operate between Bedwyn / Newbury and Reading.
