A failure of the electricity supply between Hove and Preston Park means some lines are disrupted. As a result, trains may be delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised. This is expected until 12:30.
Customer Advice:
Disruption is expected to Southern services that run from Littlehampton/Hove towards Preston Park, Haywards Heath, Gatwick Airport and London Victoria.
Services will be delayed, and may terminate and restart elsewhere, for instance at Hove or Worthing.
We'd advise travelling via Brighton instead. Tickets will be accepted for no extra cost on Thameslink services between Brighton and London. Journeys will take around 20 minutes longer than usual, so please allow extra time.
