Gatwick Express / Southern / Thameslink
Services that run between East Croydon and Gatwick Airport are expected to be disrupted, due to a points failure in the Redhill / Earlswood area.
Some of the lines that run both towards London and away from London are closed.
All London-bound trains will run via Redhill, which means that they will likely experience a delay. Short notice-alterations and cancellations are possible as a result.
All southbound trains (running away from London) will run using the quarry lines (that avoid Redhill). No southbound services (towards Gatwick Airport / Three Bridges / Horsham) will be able to stop at Redhill as a result.
Delays of 10-20 minutes are possible, as well as short notice alterations and cancellations. This applies to all services that run in both directions between East Croydon and Gatwick Airport.
In addition to this, Gatwick Express services will be suspended until further notice.
