An obstruction on the track between Wool and Weymouth means all lines are currently closed. As a result, trains running between Bournemouth and Weymouth may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 23:00.

Customer advice:

Passengers are able to arrange their own taxis between Eastleigh and Weymouth in order to complete their journey and claim this back from South Western Railway Customer Services Team. In order to claim a refund, you will need:

• Full contact details

• The time and date of your journey

• The stations you travelled to and from

• A description of the series of events that took place

• Copies of your train tickets and taxi receipt
