A shortage of train crew is means fewer trains are able to run across the Avanti West Coast network today.
What is happening?
Avanti West Coast are doing all they can to keep our services running, but some may be cancelled at short notice because of a shortage of train crew. Because everyone's journey is different, using the online journey planner which is updated with the latest information is the best way to find trains to match your journey. Please check before you travel on the morning of your journey. A small number of services maybe operated by a rail replacement coach services. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
If your train is cancelled, you can use your ticket on the Avanti West Coast service before or after. If you arrive at your destination 15 minutes late or more, you can claim Delay Repay compensation.
