Newcastle to Middlesbrough / Nunthorpe trains are currently unable to run between Hartlepool and Middlesbrough (this direction only).

The route from Middlesbrough towards Newcastle is currently able to run as booked but may incur delays.Customers travelling from Newcastle towards Middlesbrough are advised to board an alternative train from Newcastle to Darlington and change there for onward trains to Middlesbrough.

Rail replacement bus availability is being checked. Journey times will be extended when using this service.
