Engineering work is taking place between Stoke-on-Trent and Macclesfield, closing all lines.

CrossCountry

Trains will be diverted and will not call at Stoke-on-Trent or Stafford.

Buses will run between Stoke-on-Trent, Macclesfield and Stockport.

Northern

On Saturday, the 21:43 Manchester Piccadilly to Stoke-on-Trent service will terminate at Macclesfield and the 22:55 Stoke-on-Trent to Manchester Piccadilly service will start from Macclesfield. Buses will provided to run between Macclesfield and Stoke-on-Trent.

On Sunday, buses will replace trains between Macclesfield and Stoke-on-Trent.

Virgin Trains

Trains will be diverted to run via Crewe.

Buses will run between Macclesfield and Wilmslow / Stoke-on-Trent / Stafford.
