A points failure in the Heckington area means that all lines are blocked. Trains running between Sleaford and Skegness will be cancelled or revised.

Network Rail are on site looking into the fault.

At present trains are unable to run between Sleaford and Boston in both directions.

Trains between Nottingham and Skegness will run as far as Sleaford return back to Nottingham.

East Midlands Railway have 1 bus that will shuttle between Boston and Skegness.

East Midlands Railway also have 2 buses which they are sending to Sleaford to shuttle between Sleaford and Boston.

Journey times will be extended by up to 60 minutes.
