Engineering work is taking place between Crewe and Gobowen from 21:30 until 05:15 each morning (ending Friday morning), closing some lines.

As a result all affected services will be diverted via Crewe.

Rail replacement bus services will be in place between:

• Shrewsbury and Chester via Wrexham General
• Manchester Piccadilly / Manchester Airport and Chester
