Engineering work is taking place between Fareham and Portsmouth Harbour, closing various lines.

As a result of this, all trains (unless listed below) between Cardiff Central / Bristol Temple Meads and Portsmouth Harbour / Brighton will start / terminate at Fareham. From Fareham a rail replacement bus will run to Portsmouth Harbour calling at Cosham, Fratton and Portsmouth & Southsea.

After 20:00, rail replacement buses will not be able to call at Cosham.

The following alterations will also apply:

• The 16:36 Cardiff Central to Brighton and 17:40 Cardiff Central to Portsmouth Harbour will terminate at Westbury.
• The 15:47 & 17:46 Brighton to Bristol Temple Meads service will start from Westbury.
• The 21:46 Brighton to Portsmouth Harbour will not run.

Customers may use alternative services /  replacement bus services to help complete your jounrey. Train services will additionally call at Dilton Marsh on request.
