Engineering work is taking place between Newton-le-Willows and Runcorn, closing all lines.
Northern:
Trains will start / terminate at Manchester Victoria.
Rail replacement bus services will run between Newton-le-Willows and Chester. If you are travelling between Manchester Victoria and Newton-le-Willows you should use alternative train services.
Services between Leeds and Manchester Victoria are further affected by engineering work between Halifax and Bradford Interchange. You can find further information here.
It is not yet known how Transport for Wales will be affected.
