Engineering work is taking place between London Kings Cross and Hitchin, closing some lines.
As a result of this, the following alterations will apply:
Lumo
Saturday
- 05:36 and 08:56 Edinburgh to London Kings Cross services will only operate between Edinburgh and Newcastle.
- The 12:56 and 15:25 Edinburgh to London Kings Cross services will terminate at Peterborough where they will connect with a rail replacement bus service that will operate to London Kings Cross.
- 17:55 Edinburgh to London Kings Cross service will be cancelled.
- The 05:45 and 10:25 London Kings Cross to Edinburgh services will only run between Newcastle and Edinburgh.
- The 15:45 and 18:27 London Kings Cross to Edinburgh services will start from Peterborough. A rail replacement bus will run from London Kings Cross to Peterborough to connect with these services.
- The 12:18 London Kings Cross to Edinburgh service will be cancelled.
Sunday
- The 10:53 and 15:49 Edinburgh to London Kings Cross services will only operate between Edinburgh and Newcastle.
- The 13:55 Edinburgh to London Kings Cross service will terminate at Peterborough where it will then connect with a rail replacement bus onto London Kings Cross.
- The 18:53 Edinburgh to London Kings Cross service will be cancelled.
- The 08:52, 10:23 and 19:24 London Kings Cross to Edinburgh services will only run between Newcastle and Edinburgh.
- The 16:24 London Kings Cross to Edinburgh service will start from Peterborough. There will be a rail replacement bus operating from London Kings Cross to Peterborough.
- The 12:13 London Kings Cross to Edinburgh service will be cancelled.
It is not currently known how Grand Central, Great Northern, Hull Trains, LNER and Thameslink are affected.
