Engineering work is taking place between Deansgate and Warrington Central, and also between Birchwood and Hunts Cross, closing some lines overnight each night.

Northern

The following services will be replaced by a bus for all or part of their journey:

• 22:47 Manchester Oxford Road to Liverpool Lime Street service will start from Warrington Central. A replacement bus will from Manchester Oxford Road to Liverpool Lime Street
• 22:49 Warrington Central to Manchester Oxford service will be a replacement bus throughout
• 23:28 Manchester Oxford Road to Liverpool Lime Street service will be a replacement bus throughout
• 23:36 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Piccadilly service will be a replacement bus throughout

TransPennine Express

The following services will divert and not call at Urmston, Irlam, Birchwood, Warrington Central and Liverpool South Parkway:

• 20:26 Cleethorpes to Liverpool Lime Street
• 23:19 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport
