Engineering work is taking place Rugby and Northampton, closing lines overnight on Monday evening and Tuesday morning.
As a result, the 22:46 Wolverhampton to London Euston service will be diverted, and will not call at Northampton.
A replacement bus will run from Rugby to Long Buckby and Northampton.
