Level access to Booking Hall. Ramp 60m down to platform 1 (to Birmingham). Also 23 steps down to platform 1. 22 steps from footbridge down to platform 4 (trains to Redditch). Step-free entrance to platform 4 direct from car park. Additional entrance direct to platform 1 via footbridge - 32 steps up, 23 down. Also this entrance can be accessed from side street via steps. Step-free route between platforms is via street.
