A points failure at Battersea Park is disrupting trains running to and from London Victoria.
Due to a fault with the signalling system between London Bridge and London Blackfriars trains have to run at reduced speed on the northbound line. Impact Train services running to and from these stations will be delayed. Disruption is expected until 14:30 28/10.
