Southern are sorry to advise that a person has been struck by a train between Chichester and Havant. Southern services have been suspended in this area. This affects the routes to / from Portsmouth and Southampton.
Due to the time of the evening, it is expected that this will affect all further trains on this route tonight, and it is recommend that you avoid travelling if you can.
Should you decide to travel, your journey will be severely delayed. An exact estimate is not known.

- Great Western Railway services between Portsmouth and Southampton
- Stagecoach Buses route 500 between Littlehampton, Barnham and Chichester
- Stagecoach Buses route 700 between Littlehampton, Chichester, Emsworth and Portsmouth, but this route is now closing for the night
