Disruption between Leeds and Doncaster expected until 13:30

A person has been hit by a train between Leeds and Doncaster, to allow the emergency services to carry out their work all lines are closed. Trains running between these stations may be cancelled or delayed.

Customers may use their tickets onboard Northern services via any reasonable route.

You may also use your ticket on LNER services between Doncaster and York from 11:00 until 12:00 in the Northbound direction only.

LNER

Customers may use their tickets onboard the following services at no additional cost:

• Northern services between Leeds and York
• TransPennine Express between Leeds and York

Road transportation has been requested to run between Leeds and Doncaster in both directions. Further details will follow once confirmed.

Northern

Customers may use their tickets at no additional cost onboard the following services:

• CrossCountry via any reasonable route
• LNER via any reasonable route

Any ticket restrictions have been lifted during this disruption.

Road replacement transport has been requested to operate between Leeds and Wakefield Westgate. More information will follow once confirmed.

Journey times may be extended by up to 50 minutes whilst travelling by Rail Replacement transport.
