Engineering work is taking place between Oxenholme Lake District and Carlisle, closing all lines.
Avanti West Coast:
Trains from London / Birmingham / Crewe will be amended to terminate at Preston / Lancaster / Oxenholme Lake District. Trains will run to an amended timetable between Carlisle and Glasgow Central / Edinburgh.
Plans for replacement buses have not yet been confirmed. More information will be published here once known.
It is not yet known how TransPennine Express will be affected by this engineering work.
