The importance of community has never been more evident than during the Covid-19 pandemic. In time of uncertainty we look toward our communities for support and connection. 2020 was a year filled with sad news headlines, but lets not forget all the positive stories that came from communities coming together in support of one another.
We joined together on Thursday nights to 'Clap for the NHS', we supported Captain Tom in his amazing fundraising efforts, we learnt how to Zoom, we donated to foodbanks, we looked after our most vulnerable. We stayed home to save lives.
Whilst we at Grand Central look to build our plans for the year ahead, ensuring we can continue to make a positive contribution to the communities we serve, let us reflect on our achievements within the business from the year that challenged us all.
