Engineering work is taking place in the Grantham area, closing all lines.
Grand Central:
The following trains will not run on Saturday 14 November:
- 08:44 Bradford Interchange to London Kings Cross
- 11:27 London Kings Cross to Sunderland
- 15:29 Sunderland to London Kings Cross
- 16:48 London Kings Cross to Bradford Interchange
- 17:29 Sunderland to London Kings Cross
The following trains will not run on Sunday 15 November:
- 08:10 Bradford Interchange to London Kings Cross
- 09:50 London Kings Cross to Sunderland
- 11:50 London Kings Cross to Bradford Interchange
- 15:59 Bradford Interchange to London Kings Cross
- 19:22 London Kings Cross to Bradford Interchange
All other trains on the Sunderland / Bradford Interchange - London Kings Cross route will be diverted via Lincoln, increasing journey times by approximately 60 minutes. Some trains on Sunday may also be retimed to depart earlier / later than originally scheduled and the 18:12 Sunderland to London Kings Cross will instead start from York at 18:40.
East Midlands Railway:
All weekend, trains on the Nottingham - Skegness route will be diverted and will not call at Grantham. They will call additionally at Bottesford. A replacement bus service will run between Bottesford and Grantham.
On Saturday, trains on the Liverpool Lime Street - Norwich route will run as 2 separate services - between Liverpool Lime Street and Nottingham and between Nottingham and Norwich. Trains will also divert and not call at Grantham. Replacement buses will run between Nottingham and Grantham.
On Sunday, trains on the Liverpool Lime Street - Norwich route will divert between Nottingham and Peterborough, not calling at Grantham. Replacement buses will run between Nottingham and Grantham.
Hull Trains:
All Hull Trains services will divert via Lincoln and run to an amended timetable.
LNER:
An hourly service will operate to / from London Kings Cross, diverted via Lincoln.
Other services to / from Scotland / Leeds will be cancelled or will run between Scotland / Leeds and Doncaster only.
A half hourly service will run between Peterborough and London Kings Cross.
Replacement buses will run between Peterborough and Retford, calling at Grantham and Newark North Gate.
