Grand Central to submit application for direct services between Lincolnshire and London

We are delighted to announce that, according to Railway Gazette International, Grand Central operates the fastest timetabled diesel train service in the world. Our 19:52 London Kings Cross to Bradford Interchange service has an average timetabled speed of 172.8 km/h (107.4mph) using a Class 180 train between London Kings Cross and Doncaster.
