Engineering work is taking place between Manchester Piccadilly and Huddersfield until 08:15 on Sunday, closing all lines.

As a result, the following trains will be amended:

  • The 05:15 York to Manchester Airport service will be diverted to terminate at Manchester Victoria. A replacement coach will be provided forward to Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport.
  • The 06:19 York to Manchester Airport service will not call at Stalybridge. A replacement coach will run from Huddersfield to Manchester Airport via Stalybridge.
  • The 06:27 and 07:27 Manchester Airport to Newcastle services will depart Manchester Airport and Manchester Piccadilly 18 minutes earlier than usual, and will not call at Stalybridge. Replacement buses will run from Manchester Piccadilly to Huddersfield via Stalybridge at 07:15 and 07:45.
  • The 07:14 Manchester Piccadilly to Leeds service will start from Huddersfield.
  • The 07:46 Manchester Airport to Scarborough service will start from Manchester Victoria. A replacement coach will depart Manchester Airport at 07:40 calling at Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Victoria.
