Track work is taking place between Liskeard and St Austell, and as a result, all lines will be closed between these stations.

Rail replacement buses will be in operation between Plymouth and St Austell and also between Liskeard and Bodmin Parkway / Par

Great Western Railway
Trains will be amended to terminate at / start back from Plymouth or Liskeard. A train service will continue to operate between St Austell and Penzance.

Rail replacement buses will run on the following routes:

  • between Plymouth and St Austell - this journey by road will take approximately 80 minutes
  • between Liskeard and Bodmin Parkway / Lostwithiel / Par

Trains services between Liskeard and Looe / between Par or Plymouth and Newquay / between St Erth and St Ives
These trains services may depart earlier or later than scheduled in order to connect with replacement buses and other rail services. Trains scheduled to run between Plymouth and Newquay will only run between Par and Newquay.

The London Paddington to Penzance "Night Riviera" Sleeper service
On Saturday, this service will terminate at Plymouth, where customers can use the following services to help complete their journey:

  • A direct rail replacement bus from Plymouth to St Austell, where customers can use other Great Western Railway services to Penzance, calling at all stations
  • Other Great Western Railway services from Plymouth to Liskeard, where customers can connect with rail replacement buses from Liskeard to Bodmin Parkway / Lostwithiel / Par

On Sunday, this service will start from Plymouth. Customers can use the following services to connect with this service:

  • The 21:15 Great Western Railway service from Penzance to St Austell
  • Rail replacement transport from St Austell to Bodmin Parkway / Liskeard / Plymouth
  • Customers at Liskeard may also use other Great Western Railway train services to Plymouth

Ticket acceptance:
Great Western Railway customers may use their ticket to travel on other Great Western Railway services, on all reasonable routes.

Bicycles:
