Engineering work is taking place between Bristol Temple Meads and Severn Beach, closing all lines.
On Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 July no trains will run between Bristol Temple Meads and Avonmouth / Severn Beach.
Saturday:
An hourly bus service will run between Bristol Temple Meads and Avonmouth, calling at Clifton Down, Sea Mills and Shirehampton, every other service will additionally run to / from St Andrews Road and Severn Beach.
There will also be an hourly bus between Bristol Temple Meads and Clifton Down, calling at Stapleton Road, Montpelier and Redland, connecting at Clifton Down with buses between Bristol Temple Meads and Avonmouth / Severn Beach.
Sunday:
An hourly bus will run between Bristol Temple Meads and Severn Beach, calling at all stations. There will also be a bus at 09.19 from Clifton Down to Bristol Temple Meads. The last buses on Sunday will be:
- 18.53 Bristol Temple Meads to Severn Beach
- 19.53 Bristol Temple Meads to Avonmouth
- 20.53 Bristol Temple Meads to Clifton Down
- 19.42 Severn Beach to Bristol Temple Meads
- 20.57 Avonmouth to Bristol Temple Meads
Typical road journey times from Bristol Temple Meads to Clifton Down 48 mins, Avonmouth 65 mins, Severn Beach 83 mins.
