Engineering work is taking place overnight between Port Talbot and Swansea, and also between Swansea and Llanelli, closing lines each night from Monday evening until Friday morning.
As a result, the following trains will be amended:
- The 18:32 Manchester Piccadilly to Carmarthen is diverted between Port Talbot and Llanelli, and will arrive later than usual at Carmarthen.
- The 19:30 Manchester Piccadilly to Fishguard Harbour is diverted, and will not call at stations between Neath and Llanelli. A replacement bus will run via these stations.
- The 22:14 Fishguard Harbour to Swansea service will terminate at Llanelli. A replacement bus will run from Llanelli to Swansea.
- The 00:15 Swansea to Carmarthen service will start from Llanelli at 00:01, and will run earlier to Carmarthen. A replacement bus will run from Swansea to Carmarthen.
- The 03:03 Carmarthen to Swansea service will be replaced by a bus (please note this will not connect with the usual Swansea to London Paddington service, the next connection is the 04:58 Swansea to London Paddington service).
- The 04:53 Carmarthen to Llandovery will depart earlier than usual at 04:51.
- The 05:03 Carmarthen to Manchester Piccadilly service will start earlier from Carmarthen at 04:59.
- The 05:45 Swansea to Pembroke Dock service starts from Llanelli at 06:05. An earlier bus service will run from Swansea to Llanelli.
- The 06:04 Swansea to Crewe service will start from Llanelli at 06:25. An earlier bus service will run from Swansea to Llanelli.
