Engineering work is taking place in the Whitechapel area, closing all lines.
From approximately 20:30, a reduced service will operate, after 21:30, no service will operate between Highbury & Islington and Shadwell, between Surrey Quays and New Cross and between Sydenham and Crystal Palace (with the exception of the last Crystal Palace service in each direction).
Rail replacement buses will run between Dalston Kingsland and Shadwell, calling at Dalston Junction, Haggerston, Hoxton, Shoreditch High Street and Whitechapel. Use alternative London Overground trains or local buses between Highbury & Islington and Dalston Kingsland.

Project Information:
The Crossrail Project is building the Elizabeth line to link Reading and Heathrow in the west with Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the east, via new 21km tunnels under central London. This will increase London's rail capacity, cut passenger journey times across the city, encourage regeneration and generate significant employment opportunities.
This project is part of the London Railway Upgrade Plan, creating new connections and increasing capacity in peak hour by 30%.
