Due to the 13:10 Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport train having developed a fault whilst passing through Broxbourne, services that run through Broxbourne are currently suffering from delays.  Services between Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport may be cancelled, or otherwise altered.  The train is moving towards a place where other trains can pass by it.
