Customer Advice:
You're encouraged to regularly check your service prior to departure. You may also need to travel on a different route than usual to reach your destination.
Great Northern have requested rail replacement buses to be based at key locations, supplementing some cancelled services and to keep you moving. These locations are:
- Welwyn Garden City
- Alexandra Palace
- Hitchin
- Stevenage
- Royston
- Cambridge
- Hertford North
These buses will not run to a schedule and will be managed by station teams. You should speak to a member of staff to find out more information, including the pick up & drop off locations.
How is this affecting the train service?
