Southern services are unable to run to / from Beckenham Junction, due to a shortage of station staff. Services that usually run to Beckenham Junction will terminate at Birkbeck instead, and services that usually start from Beckenham Juction will start at Birkbeck instead.
If you are travelling to / from Beckenham Junction, you can change at Birkbeck and use London Trams to complete your journey instead.
Journeys may take around 10-15 minutes longer than usual as a result, so please allow some extra time.
Please note that there is no step free access available at Birkbeck station. If you require step free access please change at East Croydon or West Croydon for connections into London, use London Buses to / from Crystal Palace, or use Southeastern services instead.
Tickets will be accepted for no extra cost on the following:
- London Trams between Beckenham Junction, East Croydon and West Croydon
- Southeastern services to/from Beckenham Junction
- London Buses between Beckenham Junction and Crystal Palace
