Engineering work is taking place between Radley and Hanborough / Tackley and also between Heyford and Banbury, closing various lines. âââââââ
As a result no trains will operate between Didcot Parkway, Oxford, Hanborough / Banbury.
High Speed services:
- Trains between London Paddington and Oxford will terminate / start at Didcot Parkway. These will also operate up to 30 minutes later than normal.
- Trains between London Paddington and Oxford / Worcester / Great Malvern / Hereford will start / terminate at Hanborough. A few of these trains will not run.
Local services:
- Trains between Oxford and Banbury will not run
Rail replacement buses will run between:
- Didcot Parkway and Oxford (fast)
- Didcot Parkway and Oxford, calling at Radley
- Didcot Parkway and Hanborough (fast)
- Oxford and Hanborough
- Oxford and Banbury, calling at Tackley, Heyford and Kings Sutton Village Square
An additional train will run at 20:13 between London Paddington and Worcester Shrub Hill, calling at Slough, Reading, Didcot Parkway and Swindon.
If you are travelling between London and Oxford you should use alternative Chiltern Railways services between London Marylebone and Oxford Parkway via Bicester Village.
